- City of Hillcrest Village residents can receive free H1N1 (swine flu) vaccinations on Saturday, February 13, 2010 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Alvin Community College (ACC) in the Health & Science building. The vaccinations are being offered at a walk-through clinic. The address is 3110 Mustang, Alvin, TX 77511.
