Mayor Pro Tempore Terrell Franzen
Term expires May 2015
Mayor Franzen was born and raised in the Alvin area and attended schools in Alvin. Mr. Franzen graduated from Alvin Community College and then attended the University of Texas in Austin. He spent two years in the U.S. Army as a Military Policeman. After being discharged from the Army, he married Martha Stanton, to whom he has now been married over 40 years. Mr. Franzen worked in the fire protection business for 39 years as a design engineer and retired in February of 2005.
Alderman Franzen was appointed to the City Council shortly after moving to the City of Hillcrest Village in 1992, filling an unexpired term. He has served as an Alderman in several capacities since that time, overseeing the Sewer Department and serving as Mayor Pro Tempore.

Alderwoman Pam Caloway

Alderwoman Caloway has served the City of Hillcrest since 2004 and has been a resident for fifteen years. Ms. Caloway is employed by Sanders Morris Harris Group, a publicly traded financial services company, and has over 27 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Outside of the office Ms. Caloway is not only an Aggie Mom to a senior Texas A&M student, she also continues her 22nd year as a committee volunteer with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
